The alliances and partnerships that CIPCO has developed and supported over the years allow the Cooperative to share services, facilities, expertise, development costs and other valuable resources to the benefit of its member cooperatives. These business relationships are important to the continued success of the Cooperative.

	Central Iowa Energy Cooperative - (CIECO) was formed in 1977 as a taxable cooperative and majority owned by CIPCO. CIECO is the parent company for various subsidiary operations to facilitate CIPCO’s diversification program.
	Capital Management Associates, Inc. - (CMA) was formed in 1993 as a subsidiary of CIECO to manage the Iowa Capital Corporation fund. The CMA professionals are experts at business valuation techniques and strategic planning.
	CMA Bank Advisors - In 2008, CMA Bank Advisors was developed as a division of CMA as a professional services firm based in Des Moines, Iowa. CMA Bank Advisors provides consulting services to financial institutions.

	Iowa Area Development Group - (IADG) was organized in 1985 by Iowa rural electric cooperatives and select municipal electric systems. IADG provides economic development services to new and expanding businesses, including site selection, available industrial sites and buildings, and community data.
	Iowa Capital Corporation - (ICC), a wholly owned subsidiary of CIPCO, was established as a venture capital fund providing a source of risk capital for promising start up companies in Iowa. The primary goal is to generate positive rate of return and provide resources available to grow Iowa entrepreneurial business.
	Myriad Developers, L.C. - is a limited liability company, formed in 1993, as an investment company that finances joint economic development infrastructure within member cooperative service territories. Myriad Developers is a subsidiary of CIECO.
