CMA Bank Advisors - Capitol Management Associates (CMA) was formed in 1993 as a subsidiary of CIECO to manage the Iowa Capital Corporation fund. In 2008, CMA Bank Advisors was developed as a division of CMA as a professional services firm based in Des Moines, Iowa. CMA Bank Advisors provides consulting services to financial institutions. Iowa Area Development Group - (IADG) was organized in 1985 to solicit new businesses and promote the expansion of current businesses within the service areas of Iowa’s electric cooperatives. Myriad Developers L.C. - is a limited liability company, formed in 1993, as an investment company that finances joint economic development infrastructure within member cooperative service territories.  Myriad, in cooperation with our members, has been instrumental in developing and investing in housing developments and several speculative buildings.  A premier project is the Myriad Technology Plaza, located at the Oakdale Research Park complex in Coralville, Iowa, which consists of four buildings with a total of 44,000 square feet of space.
