Myriad Developers, L.C. - Myriad Developers L.C. is a limited liability company, formed in 1993, as an investment company that finances joint economic development infrastructure within member cooperative service territories.  Myriad, in cooperation with our members, has been instrumental in developing and investing in housing developments and several speculative buildings.  A premier project is the Myriad Technology Plaza, located at the Oakdale Research Park complex in Coralville, Iowa, which consists of four buildings with a total of 44,000 square feet of space.
